About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Grunt, you’ll take ownership of high-value deals and work with large enterprise organizations to drive revenue growth. You’ll engage with C-level executives and multiple stakeholders across global accounts, managing complex sales cycles and helping clients understand the impact Grunt can have on their business at scale.
This role requires someone who thrives in multi-layered sales processes, enjoys breaking into new accounts, and knows how to bring teams together to close large-scale deals. With the autonomy to own your pipeline, you'll play a key role in contributing to continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with SDRs, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to refine our approach and scale our enterprise sales success.
We will count on you to:
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise-level accounts, managing SaaS sales with a focus on long-term, high-value deals from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and understand prospect pain points, presenting tailored solutions that maximize the value of Grunt.
- Drive outbound prospecting activities to generate pipeline growth.
- Facilitate the buying process, navigating complex decision-making structures and securing consensus among key stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight Grunt’s competitive advantage and ROI.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by executing a methodical and data-driven sales approach.
- Maintain high standards in CRM usage (HubSpot) and provide accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Stay up to date with product developments and position yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor through deep insights and a keen understanding of client needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and best practices.
Who we think you are:
- You have 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2-3 years selling into enterprise accounts.
- You have a proven track record of selling to enterprise-level clients, closing large, complex deals with multi-stakeholder decision processes and handling significant value contracts.
- Experience with complex sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPIC.
- You are highly goal-oriented, persistent, and take ownership of your revenue targets.
- You are a strong communicator who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
- You have excellent presentation and demo skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions.
- You are analytical and business-savvy, able to quickly grasp what drives value for clients.
- You have experience using CRM tools like HubSpot and sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- You are fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring a proactive, self-driven approach to your work.
- You have been a “løypebrøyter”, taking initiative, creating new opportunities, and paving the way for success.

- Background in selling or using productivity tools.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in Norwegian or another Nordic language.
