Meet Isa, our Sales Team Lead!

"It’s like taking care of a little plant—watching it grow and become something great. We’re creating something that’s truly disruptive in the market, and I love being part of that journey."
When Isa joined Grunt in 2021, she was drawn to the energy of a growing company where she could truly make an impact. Coming from a sales background, she was excited about working with both big and medium-sized clients in a startup environment where not everything was set in stone.
"I like figuring things out—solving problems and making things work. Joining Grunt meant having the opportunity to make an impact”.
Isa started as an Account Executive, leveraging her experience from previous roles in sales and business development to drive revenue growth at Grunt. Throughout the journey, her scope expanded to include sales operations, reporting, CRM administration, and optimizing internal tools and processes. As the team grew, she naturally took on more responsibilities, eventually stepping into an SDR Manager role with personell management responsibilities, in addition to coaching our Account Executive team and driving sales processes. At Grunt, she found an environment that encouraged her curiosity and drive, and where she has the freedom to explore, contribute, and shape how things are done.
"If you like variety and putting your hands on a lot of different things, this is the environment for you. No one is gatekeeping opportunities—you can just grab them".
A Culture of Trust, Collaboration, and Fun
Beyond professional growth, it’s the people and culture that makes her happy at work every day. The team is made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds—consulting, sales, and beyond—leading to insightful discussions and innovative ideas. Collaboration is key, and there’s a shared commitment to building something great. It’s an environment where people support and challenge each other, creating a space where growth happens naturally.
"People here believe in each other. I’ve had the opportunity to try things, fix things that weren’t working, and shape how we do things."
And while the work is exciting and fast-paced, the social aspect is just as important.
"We work hard, but we have fun doing it. People here genuinely like each other—it’s just a really good environment."
The social aspect, combined with the fast-paced and engaging work, creates a company culture that feels both rewarding and fun.
